People are also forgetting that it doesn't matter what the WWE wanted, the decision rested with Undertaker and he chose Brock Lesnar. I've heard stories about Taker even telling Brock Lesnar he'd lose to him at Wrestlemania at a UFC event. I also don't think that this was what was originally booked for the Undertaker. I think about a week before hand he probably decided he had had enough and they changed the booking so that Brock ended the streak by Taker's request.

Oh no. I didn't forget. I just disagree with it. I over it now. HOWEVER WWE still got last say. Taker wanted Henry, Angle, and Orton to win. Wwe said no. Though obviously this is more about health booking from Mark "undertaker" Calaway and Vince M. than regular booking

The streak ending, should have went to a rising talent that is also believable.

Cesaro is called the "Swiss Superman" for a reason. Had Taker beaten Lesnar, and a year later, after Cesaro was pushed to the moon, have him beat Taker. That'd do so much to make him look powerful. Imagine it, he counters "old school" or a top rope move with an uppercut.

That'd help Cesaro so much. Not that he needs that boost, But I'd personally find him more credible as the toughest guy on the planet if he beat Taker.

Similar to how he body-slammed Show. That made him look god like.

It'd help a weaker looking guy like Wyatt, too.

Lesnar already looked like a huge tough guy. What is this win gonna do for him? Absolutely nothing. Only one person can end the Streak, and Lesnar didn't need it to look like a beast of a man.

You guys are looking at it like it needed to end this year. Don't know about Taker's health, but Sting is like 55, and he still wrestles decent matches.

Undertaker is 49. He could have beaten Lesnar, and lost to Reigns, Wyatt, Cesaro, or even Big E next year.

That'd make them look tough, and it'd help them in the long run.
